An eye catching and upmarket alternative to the Jewel Case is the DIGIPAK. This is a printed cardboard gatefold case, with a plastic mounting tray on one of the inside panels. The cardboard can be printed on both outside and inside with a matt or gloss varnish. The CD mounting trays are available in white, black or clear (most popular as it allows the print to show through under the disc).

Digipaks can be made with more 4, 6 or more panels in various different folding configurations, and are available for runs of 500 or more.
